Elliott Tulloch is a Master Mariner and marine consultant with more than 25 years of international maritime experience. As Founder of Tulloch Marine LLC, he provides independent marine surveying, investigation, and advisory services to vessel owners, insurers, and legal teams worldwide.
His background includes seagoing command, marine casualty investigation, cargo and condition surveying, and expert witness work involving collisions, groundings, pollution incidents, and complex claims across a wide range of vessel types, including tankers, cargo ships, offshore vessels, and passenger ships.
